About Us

Learn More About IPMD!

IPMD is not your typical chiropractic office. While we are well trained in spine manipulation and adjustments, we know you want a practice that offers more than that. Everything in your body is connected and that’s why our holistic approach has patients feeling better, faster.

We offer non-surgical and non-narcotic spine and joint care. Over the years, we have seen first-hand the need for immediate treatment and sympathize with those who must wait weeks or months to have a MRI ordered or a joint injection. We offer same day care.

The best part about IPMD is that it’s a one-stop shop for most of your wellness needs. We combine chiropractic care, physical therapy, non-medicated pain management and non-surgical treatments. At IPMD we do not prepare cookie cutter health care plans that are universal to everyone. We look at each patient’s condition independently and develop a specific treatment to help.

Rather than trying to put a band-aid on a health problem, we work to find the source. You would be surprised how many problems start with the skeletal system. That’s what we specialize in.

IPMD also now employs a Medical Doctor and registered Nurse Practitioner to provide even more health options for you such as Platelet Rich Plasma Therapy for injured tissue, ultrasound guided injections, and hormone replacement therapies.

We are passionate about improving the quality of life for patients. Most importantly, we want to reduce the patient reliance on medication. Amid a nation-wide opioid epidemic, IPMD’s holistic care can help provide a better path forward that doesn’t involve the risk for addiction.

How has IPMD helped the people of Dayton?

  • It’s amazing the broad scope of things that they can help with. No more trying to figure out who you should see! I just wished all service providers were so nice! Most would just lead you on or misdirect you.
  • I am a frequent headache/migraine patient, and in speaking with Dr. O’Bryan, he has helped me learn that there are several different options available to me to help control my headaches. He is very knowledgeable in this area and he is willing to help me on a path to a headache-free life!

  • I recently found myself in the Dayton area visiting my son, and was experiencing tremendous hip and leg pain. They worked with me to understand the problem, and gave me exercises to do at home. I saw him that day and the next 4 days. By the time I left Dayton, I could walk without pain and was able to function normally. It is not every day you find this kind of dedication to service.
  • I have a herniated disk, which somehow flared up and began interfering with my exercise routine in a big way.  After traction and manipulations with Dr. Dooley, I was back to my normal self in several weeks. He was all about getting me back to feeling good, and then releasing me from treatment.  Thank you Dr. Dooley!!
